Fabricated Strainers

OVERVIEW:  Any type of strainer can be fabricated by Stayflow.  Basket strainers, "T" strainers, Y strainers, duplex strainers and several types of temporary strainers can be designed and built with many different options for your application.  ASME U Stamp is available.

  • The Model FB basket strainers are custom made to meet any possible configuration needed. They are available in any size, with 150, 300, or 600# flanges or butt weld ends, and in carbon steel or stainless steel.

  • The Model FD Duplex Strainers allow complete versitility of design for when continuous service is needed. Clean one of the two baskets without need for a system shutdown. 2" to 24" diameters.

  • The Model FT Tee strainers are custom made to meet your need. They are available in any size, with 150, 300, or 600# flanges or weld ends, and in carbon steel or stainless steel. Unless otherwise specified, a 1/8" perforated 304 stainless steel screen will be supplied, but different size perforations and meshes are available in stainless steel, monel, and brass.

  • The Model TB Temporary Basket Strainers can be used in steam, water, oil or gas service, and are installed between two flanges for quick protection of equipment. They can be constructed of carbon steel or stainless steel.  

  • The Model TC Temporary Cone Strainers can be used in steam, water, oil or gas service, and are installed between two flanges for quick protection of equipment. They can be constructed of carbon steel or stainless steel.

  • The Model TP1 Temporary Plate Strainer can be used in steam, water, oil or gas service, and are installed between two flanges for quick protection of equipment. They can be constructed of carbon steel or stainless steel.

  • Screens & baskets only are available from Stayflow. These may be replacements for our strainers, or other strainers. It may also include special applications for only screens.

  • Round hole strainer srews in hose or pipe for suction, and allows filtering out large damaging debris, yet permit sufficient water passage to keep pumps functioning at full capacity. 1-1/2" to 12" diameters.
